DECISION ENGINES

Most software shows you the data and leaves the decision to you.

Ours names one setting, one order, one roster, with the trade-off it accepted and the option it rejected.

HOW THE SYSTEMS ARE BUILT
Five layers, in every system we have delivered. Keep scrolling.
FIVE LAYERS · SCROLL TO WALK THROUGH THEM

Estimate the true state

Sensor and production data arrive noisy, late and incomplete, and sources disagree. Before anything can be recommended, the system has to establish where the process actually is.

IN PRACTICE
sensor · production log · manual entry → one estimate
Disagreement between sources is recorded, not averaged away.

An override is a feature, not a failure. Every one is recorded with its reason, and the reason is the part auditors ask for.

WHERE IT RUNS

Inside your network, on hardware you already own.

The optimiser reads from your historian or ERP and writes the approved decision back to the controller that runs the process. Nothing leaves the perimeter, no request goes to an external model, and no one has to open a dashboard for the decision to take effect.

IN PRODUCTION
Four decision systems, in the same shape: the decision, what was built, what changed.

What settings for this batch.

WHAT WAS BUILT

Per-batch process parameters recommended from feed condition, buyer specification and the shift’s energy budget, running on the refinery’s own servers.

WHAT CHANGED

The recipe is decided once, from the feed in front of you, and the same reasoning is available six months later when a buyer disputes a spec.
